Day 7 Samanid Museum
Samanid Mouseloum is a mouseleum located in the northwestern part of Bukhara Uzbekistan just outsida its historic centre it was built in the 10 th century CE. as the resting place of the powerful and influential islamic Samanid dynasty that ruled the Samanid Empire from approximately 900 to 1000. it contained 3 burials one of whom is known to have been that of Nasir 2
The moseleum is considered one of the iconic examples of early Islamoc architecture and is known as the oldest funerary building of Central Asian architecture.The Samanids established their independence from the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghadada and ruled over parts of modern Afganistan Iran Uzbekistan Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. It is the only surviving monument from the Samanid era but American art historian Arthur Upham Pope called it the "one of the finest in Persian"
l can say that this day also was one of the most beatiful and interesting day. Today we learn more thing from our guides. l liked this day because this day was full of education.
